Audit mode
What an audit pack actually contains
Audit Mode inventories the quotable claims in a study and shows what support the submitted document did and did not expose to the detector.
Sample status: synthetic study excerpt, audited from engine commit c568282 on 2026-09-09. This is an illustrative sample, not a real client study.

evidence items not found
What the audit shows
- Every quotable claim in the document is inventoried.
- Each claim carries the evidence the detector found, and the support it did not find.
- Gate findings and missing-evidence items are recorded, not hidden.
- A board memo and a technical reviewer pack come out of the same run.
What it does not claim
- A detector miss is not proof the author omitted something.
- Detector recall and precision limits are stated, not assumed perfect.
- No rewrite of the study to reach a kinder answer.
Detector recall is measured by split and document; a claim marked not-found means the submitted document did not expose it to the detector, not that no support exists.
