Project Red Team is a Native-owned firm. We produce the economic impact, feasibility, and fiscal analysis behind tribal enterprises, grant applications, and development decisions, built on federal data and priced within reach.
Who we serve: For lenders · For tribes · For local governments
We handle economic impact studies for gaming and non-gaming enterprises, feasibility and viability analysis for new ventures and buildings, and fiscal analysis for tribal government. We also produce the analysis behind BIA, USDA, and foundation applications, where a defensible number is often what separates a funded proposal from a returned one.
The firm is Native-owned. Its principal is an enrolled member of the Klamath Tribes, and the work is grounded in an understanding of these economies from the inside, including the part of a tribal enterprise that funds government, services, and community rather than showing up as market activity.
A study for a tribe has to stand up in front of funders, lenders, councils, and members at once. We build ours on the region's measured federal record, keep the community benefit distinct from the market impact, and price the work so a nation is not choosing between the analysis it needs and the services it funds.
Weighing an enterprise, a building, or a grant? Tell us what your nation is considering, and we will lay out what a defensible study takes, and what it costs.
