We produce the economic impact study behind an entitlement or an incentive ask, and the feasibility and viability work that tells you whether the project pencils before you commit, including debt-service coverage measured against the floor a lender actually uses. When more than one site is in play, we compare the candidates through the same evidence gates and show where the ranking is solid and where it is still too close to call, so a siting decision rests on more than a single score.

A developer who arrives with an honest, checkable study is a different applicant from one asking the room to take the figures on faith.
