What the engine does today

Project Red Team uses one evidence engine to produce studies, compare candidate sites, and audit existing studies, with release checks that show what is supported and what still needs review. Each job below states what runs today, what it takes in, what it returns, and where a human analyst makes the call.

Produce studies

Works today

The engine aggregates the published regional economic record, runs the project across the ranges of its declared assumptions, and reports where the outcome holds and which variable moves it most.

Input needed
Project scope, location, and declared assumptions
Output produced
Full report, one-page brief, reviewer pack, decision package, and JSON
Analyst-led
An analyst sets the assumption ranges and writes the finding
Not automatic
No button-press feasibility ruling

Compare candidate sites

Works today

The engine samples candidate locations along a corridor, re-runs the study logic by candidate, and withholds a final recommendation until the measured ranking is stable.

Input needed
A corridor or a set of candidate sites
Output produced
Board memo, reviewer pack, candidate scores CSV, corridor map SVG, and location-decision JSON
Analyst-led
An analyst reads the sweeps together and decides when a ranking holds
Not automatic
No auto site selection

Audit existing studies

Analyst-led

The engine inventories the quotable claims in a study you did not commission, attaches the evidence found in the document, flags missing support, and runs methodology gates.

Input needed
An existing study as PDF, HTML, or text
Output produced
Claim inventory, board memo, reviewer pack, and JSON with a plain release ruling
Analyst-led
An analyst reviews every finding before it leaves
Not automatic
No re-run of the study's input-output model unless separately scoped

Every claim here maps to a generated artifact or a release check. For how these turn into engagements, see services and pricing.
